Actually, I just did a side-by-side comparison and MVD's versions aren't cut or missing scenes - they run at a faster speed than the prior DVDs. That's why the run times are so different.

MVD Visual's Blu-ray Double Feature of The Bikini Carwash Company I & II are shorter versions:

"The Bikini Carwash Company" uncut version runs 84 mins (87 mins when the trailer is tacked on at the end in some versions) - MVD's version only runs 81 mins.

Only the reel (17:23) can be accessed from the menu, but once you play it there are chapter stops for each trailer. Otherwise it just plays them all through.
