The Extended Unrated Version, previously exclusive to Japan, has now been released in Germany and Scandinavia.

These are all limited editions and now very expensive.

The extended disc from both territories seems to be the exact same RO disc as in the Japanese set. The German theatrical disc seems to be the same one issued before.

These are well worth adding to the database; I avoided the film at the cinema when I heard an extended cut would follow. I didn't want to pony up for the Japanese release so still haven't seen it - but that's about to change!

I just took a look and I don't know where you dug up all that additional info from, but it must've took ages - one hell of a job!

By the way, I've noticed more and more often nowadays, Amazon links aren't added; is there any particular reason for that?

Ah, ok. As some were quickly-sold-out limited editions, they don't appear on Amazon, but those that do are linked in their BD.com listings

I believe they don't appear on Amazon because they are unrated and Amazon Germany doesn't carry movies not rated by FSK unless a third party seller makes an entry.
