Thanks, added.
Don't really understand the reasoning for NOT including local Scandinavian subtitles on the extras for a Scandinavian release.

It is rather expensive to have long documentaries translated and subtitled into four languages.

Sometimes, though, one might appreciate even English subtitles. And some Spanish or other non-English titles may have the extras subtitled only in English in Scandinavia. Well, it’s better than nothing.

I remember when Fox released the "Fiddler on the Roof" Blu-ray which had multiple subtitles for the main feature, but none on the extras, Japanese consumers were very angry since there were hours of extras that were in English only, and also because the extras were carryovers from the DVD which originally had Japanese subtitles.

I do think it's quite unfair when films themselves have local subtitles but the extras don't. Universal and Disney are usually consistent with subtitling everything for various languages, but Warner and Fox are not.

Also considering "Divergent" is a movie geared to teen audiences, I think it's arrogant to think that "all Scandinavian teens can understand English anyway, so we won't put subtitles".

I don’t think it arrogant. In this particular case, the translations would add so substantially to the price of the disc set that it would affect sales. After all, this is a small marketing area.
