The runtime of the film (24fps) is 84 minutes, but the Thai disc is 81 minutes.
Is the DVD a cut version? Is it a PAL to NTSC transfer?

Yes. 1080i 50hz for all except the Dutch, which is unconfirmed whether 60hz or 50hz

Ah, never mind. I must have just glanced at the run times and didn't see the noted additional cuts on the German release.
