Is the 2.0 track mono, stereo, or surround?
Is this 3D only? No option for 2D?

Is the 2.0 track mono, stereo, or surround?

Review does not say. However I'm willing to bet it's Stereo as that seem to be the choice for most of BBC's extras. Been doing a lot of reviews lately the last few days and they always state Stereo for the extras on the back of the cases.

Is this 3D only? No option for 2D?

From the review:
"This show was shot in 3D and is included on this Blu-ray in both 3D and 2D versions."

I'll again let Rick handle this since Doctor Who is not my forte and I don't want to mess anything up.
