Checking OFDB there is this comment (via google translate):

The main feature is selectable as Export Version [Original Cinema Format 1:85] and Spanish Version [1.37: 1 Open Matte] as well as two audio tracks English, Spanish (unfiltered and filtered).

It seems the "English" is a mistake there since your BDinfo scans clearly show "German" and "Spanish" only, but does the disc menus or boxart have information on the 2 audio tracks? unfiltered and filtered (ungefiltert und gefiltert)?.

OFDB original German says:

Der Hauptfilm ist als Export Fassung [Original-Kino-Format 1:85] und als Spanische Fassung [1.37:1 Open Matte] auswählbar, sowie zwei Tonspuren Englisch, Spanisch ( ungefiltert und gefiltert).

So this is not a translation error on Google changing Deutsch to English, but it was written as "Englisch".
