OVERALL: R0
R0 UK is Anamorphic, has English and Italian soundtracks and English subtitles, and is the longest integrated version available.
R0 US & UK runtimes are significantly longer than the R2 German release as they have re-integrated deleted scenes back into the main film. Although the Shameless 24fps equivalent runtime of 88:54 is over a minute longer than Severin's 87:45, all but 10 secs is due to the longer end credits of the former. In particular, the Shameless end credits continue for nearly a minute with the title song playing to a black screen. The extra 10 secs is likely due to the inclusion of a few more frames of "deleted" material deemed to be of insufficient quality to be incorporated into the Severin release. For example, Shameless vs Severin has about 2 secs extra at around 2:15/2:20 when Papaya first walks up the beach and another 2 secs at around 54:40/56:48 where Papaya walks with the protesters. -
