The Mill Creek double feature Blu-ray of Imaginary Crimes and Silent Fall, both from 1994 can use a mention.

Both are in their aspect ratios of 1.85:1 and codecs of AVC MPEG-4

It is from a copy that I own. Silent Fall's runtime is 100:54 with no cuts, while Imaginary Crimes' runtime is 105:04 with no cuts.
