Any idea on the cut status of Pray For Death? I've only seen that severely cut Hong Kong DVD which also had a seriously awful transfer (washed out sub-VHS level) so an uncut BD would be amazing. The DVD was so cut that in one scene the bad guy was beating some guy with a golf club and then it suddenly jumped and he was holding a completely different weapon

I've seen the Armour of God, Fist of Fury etc listings on the home page released by Medium Rare and it peeked my curiousity. I have never bought any of their releases. They usually pretty good or can I expect shoddy to average treatment? So far, what I believe to be their website, is down so either that is good in it's got a ton of interest or bad because they're useless

They are very hit and miss. They don't do their own restoration work, and use existing masters, so expect them to use what is available. AFAIK they will use the new 4K German master for Story of Riki (which I have pre-ordered), but don't expect anything different that what exists. I have their release of The Relic on pre-order and recently picked up Fierce Creatures which looked good for a Universal master (but certainly not great).
I work away a lot but I will reply to all PM's within a few days so please have patience!

If you like Bolo and Bloodsport, you may like this. Bolo plays the baddie as usual. His opponent is the aging Yasuaki Kurata, the Japanese actor who played mostly as a villain in some Shaw Brothers and many other HK productions (Hellfighters of the East, Life of A Ninja, Legend of a Fighter, Shanghai Express, Eastern Condors, Fist of Legend).
