The "Blu-ray ALL America - BBC" is missing the Easter egg:
Disc 3, Bonus Materials menu, highlight "The Sound of Cypher (1980)", press Left, Right to highlight the red button in the lower right corner, press Enter. You'll see a brief "please do not press this button again" (0:14) video.
This is probably also on the UK release, but I can only confirm the US Blu-ray release.
