There's the limited German metalpak 4-disc edition (from the same Platinum Cult Edition) which contains another DVD of extras. Curious to know what the extras on the 4-disc set are. Then before that, there's the blu-ray + DVD mediabooks by '84 Entertainment which - from what I've read - has a much inferior transfer. It'd be great to include them.

Found info on the 4-disc German edition. They really went all out on it. Too bad it's out of print.
