Interestingly this Cine Asia dvd is a re-release of the Australian Hong Kong Legends dvd instead of the UK Hong Kong Legends dvd (the "Other Attractions" menu lists http://www.hongkonglegends.com.au and gives the Australian address for Universal Pictures Video - Hong Kong Legends). This explains the lack of Dutch subtitles and different/less bonus trailers.
