EDIT: Found the info, it's 110:52.
Another thing, there are no French subtitles. The French sub track is captions for the French dub track and not full subtitles.

You are correct about the French subs. It does seem they only translate on-screen text. Runtime is 110:53

The French is surround encoded according to the cover, but IIRC, DTS doesn't have an actual flag for this.

Universal often states "DTS surround" even for 2.0 tracks, so yes as you said DTS isn't flagged for pro-logic surround.
