The UK DVD has the longer uncensored cut, containing many of the deleted scenes. They're also in better quality on the UK disc, since the extras sections are non-anamorphic.
The 90 min "Unrated" cut has only been released in the US via official streaming services.

The US ASIN is for the Fox release. Maybe you made a mistake with "Zeitgeist"?

Also, with the UK being longer and having PAL speedup, does this mean it's an extended version?

Yes, I meant Fox. I was busy speccing a dozen or so BDs and DVDs (more to come), so got confused!

The film was shot in 2003 but loitered in distribution hell before it went DTV everywhere in 2008. If it had received a US theatrical release, as originally planned, it would have been the shorter 80 min (film/NTSC speed) cut. The UK DVD is the "Unrated" cut, which runs 90 min (film/NTSC speed) and 86 min (PAL speed).

Cheers, James. A few minor points. All, not "many", of the US DVD's missing scenes are in the extras. The footnotes mistakenly say the UK disc is PAL. You've used the US spelling of "labelled"; this is a British site, old chap!

Lastly, you could also mention the Unrated cut has been issued on DVD in France, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Russia and Australia, among others. In fact, the US appears to be the only place that didn't get it. Most odd...

Updated.
Tried researching which other countries released it but my Internet was running slowly so I left it alone. Seems like it's Fox everywhere.

Yeah, going by various rear sleeve scans and reviews, aside from variations in sub and dub options, every other DVD has the same content as the UK disc.
