The last source claims there are some mistakes on the sleeve (5.1, anamorphic, filmography). I don't have this disc any more and I couldn't find an image of the rear of the sleeve online, so I can't confirm this.

Added, and labeled the 2.0 track as "stereo" as I've always seen Artificial Eye use stereo and can't recall any Pro Logic surround titles by them. Thank you!
