Cover A is listed twice because one time it's the mediabook release only, the other time it's the Bust Edition (direct link to the Nameless website).

Looking at the link, it says about the director's cut:

It says forced German subtitles but your specs say optional German subtitles. Which is correct?

Mine is accurate. The subtitles for the English parts are optional, since you can change them by remote control.
