Completed Submissions and Requests section

I'm getting "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum." while trying to browse.
I understand it's for mods only? If so, make it hidden for the rest of the members then. Otherwise it makes no sense it's being visible.

It should be viewable, but you shouldn't be able to post in it. I'll have a look at it shortly.
I work away a lot but I will reply to all PM's within a few days so please have patience!
