About that hidden soundtrack: Is it commentary track or just another French soundtrack, or something else?

i have tested that before and i dont know why it is there. It not for the commentary og not in the menu
There is no help in the menu or not any soundtrack. I have tried and i cant find what it is used for .Also it is hidden
