It doesn't make sense. Are you saying there are only English and German subtitles with the Italian track only? No subtitles when you play English or German tracks? Please be clear what you mean.

When i put on the english subtitles for the english track, they dont fit. It seems like they are translating the italian track. This is called duptitles?

That's normal.
"Dubtitles" are when the subtitles match the dubbed dialogue exactly.
The subtitles on this release are translating the original Italian audio, which is standard.
