Cuts: No cuts (101:24)
Can you please recheck. The times seem to be all over the place on this page and IMDB has the film around 111 minutes.

The Explaintion is on the IMDB There's a new 2007 Director's Cut DVD release of the movie in Skandinavia which is approx. 15 min shorter (101min) than the normal cut (115min).
Those 101 min dvds/blu-ray (longer ofcourse) is director`s cut

After a less than successful festival and UK theatrical run, the film was recut for its North American release. In the reworked version, the film is ten minutes shorter, the scenes are arranged differently, some scenes are removed, some added, the film ends at a different point, and there are clips of psychologists talking about the ID during the end credits.
The psychoanalysts and philosophers at the end in the pre-credits scene are discussing the "ego" (one's sense of self). Freud's model of the mind has three parts (id, ego, and superego). The ego (named for the Latin word for self) is what Jake Green is up against, also called Mr Gold, also referred in the opening quote as the enemy that hides in the last place you would ever look. In one monologue, there is a recognition that "I'm you (the ego), you're not me." The chess master notes that if you try to destroy him (the ego) to save them (the people around you), they will destroy you to save him (their egos).

Yes, this is part of the reason why I have not yet posted it. There is about 3 or 4 different running times. Granted, some of the reviews just may be wrong. The German site shows 113 minutes on some of its reviews and the info on IMDB states "normal cut (115min)". Yet, shows on the main page 111 minutes. So, it take a bit longer before its posted or otherwise.

What I gathered was:

- Original UK version (115 mins NTSC / 110 mins PAL)
- Director's cut (105 mins NTSC / 101 mins PAL)

Not sure about the 117 mins NTSC / 113 mins PAL German release. Possibly company logos and such?
The Dutch release runtime seems wrong. Packaging says 110 mins PAL.
The Estonian Russian releases of 106 mins, seems like they are missing 4 mins of credits.
The Scandinavian release says "Director's Cut" on the cover so that should be included.

I also hid the Blu-ray page so Matthew can update that as well.

Both of these German BD reviews say 117 mins.

Yet, the case claim 203 minutes, though false.
What makes this film a pain-in-ass is there's no official status on these so-called cuts. The other issue is what if some of the DVDs are NTSC to PAL or vice-versa?
