A couple of extra details:
- the duration is 112:39 so like the Scandinavian release it seems to be an NTSC->PAL port
- Audio Commentary with director Takashi Miike (in Japanese, with optional English subtitles): this is better described as Audio Commentary with director Takashi Miike and actor/film critic Tokitoshi Shiota (in Japanese, with optional English subtitles). I don't know if it is the same commentary as on the Arrow as I haven't seen that one, but anyway Tokitoshi Shiota is definitely there and he contributes as much as Takashi Miike.
