You could add an additional note. For the Mondo Macabro Limited Edition release, and presumably also for the Standard Edition releases, an accompanying card has a note about a minor authoring error on the disc. The relevant text on the card states:
"On the film Lady Desire, due to a production oversight, one subtitle was left off.
It's the last subtitle at 01:17:27:23"
The card also includes the missing subtitle i.e. the English translation of the line, but for now I am proceeding with caution and not quoting it here, to avoid creating a spoiler.
(I tried to hide it using BBCode, but it didn't seem to work.)
