This is what I got on my Unrated DVD, barcode 024543130116. My guess why Åsmund, was getting 0:00 is because when you click the scene, then the icon goes to the Audio Commentary where you select on/off, before they start. Also mine has 1 chapter sheet-pamphlet.

We are both right in this case here. I was about to say no that's what my player is showing. However, when started up the disc again, it began where I was last. I skipped through the play-all deleted scenes chapters to get to the menu and it starts up another video at (22:41).

So it turns out the way Fox, map out the DVD's deleted scenes is just vary strange; first with having to ask whether to turn on/off commentary after selecting each scene, and second; using two video files for the play all option.
