OVERALL section:
Should probably be a draw.
The Scream Factory CE releases do have the Dolby Atmos soundtrack and exclusive extras. However, as far as I can tell, they do not include the U-control features found on the Universal releases, and also apparently on the Hong Kong - IVL release. These features are quite substantial, if somewhat fiddly to use.
