The Full Moon Pictures/Koch Vision releases for being in (Presumably) the OAR (though it's 4:3 letter-boxed and non-anamorphic) and having extras, although each Full Moon release has minor differences in the extras.
GENERAL NOTES:
Although home video was the primary market, many of the Full Moon productions during their distribution deal with Paramount in the early nineties had small metropolitan-area theatrical releases in the United States and overseas. A number of these early films were shot with 1.66:1 hard-matting for 1.85:1 theatrical soft-matting and minimal 1.33:1 home video cropping (the full open-gate scan with 1.66:1 matting was released on laserdisc and ended up on some DVD releases while others used the 1.33:1 master intended for VHS and cable). -
