    Limited to 4,000 copies with four cases and six discs housed in a specially-designed box. The Orgasmo soundtrack is housed with the film in the same case and includes a cardboard insert with the track listing on one side and artwork on the other. The "A Quiet Place to Kill/So Sweet... So Perverse/Knife of Ice" CD is housed with the "So Sweet... So Perverse" disc in the same case with a cardboard insert featuring the track listing for "A Quiet Place to Kill" one one side and the other two films on the reverse.
