Are there 4 or 5 lobby cards? 88 Films site says 4.
Also the page has no info of a "Steven Lawsn interview", and it seems his name might be spelled wrong. Could you check?

Steve Lawson is how he is mentioned on the artwork.

There are two subtitle tracks: English (for English dub, to cover text); English SDH (for Mandarin soundtrack).

The UK Blu-ray is based on a new 2K master; the German one is from an upscaled one. I'm unclear as to how many Japanese Blu-rays there are, but at least one release contains two versions (as mentioned in your comparison); one is the aforementioned upscale master (from Fortune Star), whilst the theatrical one is a different, but genuine HD master (not from Fortune Star) - see details.

English SDH for the Mandarin track? Not good. Why did 88 Films decide to F that up?
As for "English (for English dub, to cover text)", Do you mean the English text covers up the Chinese characters?

It's just a standard subtitle track to transcribe/translate credits and other Chinese text throughout the film.

That's a standard feature for dubbed language releases so it's not necessary to label, unless there is a special case such as being directly in the menu options.

So the English HoH track for the Mandarin captions everything like [silence], [punch], [laughing] etc? Was this intended by 88 Films?

It's because there was a similar note for Dragon Fist and To Kill with Intrigue, but that's fine.

There was a discussion at Blu-ray.com. It was mainly down to a misjudgement (should have been normal and SDH instead of just SDH).

For the Dragon Fist entry, can you note that the German Blu-ray is an upscale master? 88 is from a 2K one.

For 'To Kill with Intrigue', please note that only the Japanese theatrical version is genuine HD. 88 is genuine HD too, but from a different (2K) master.

For the 'Snake' entry, only the Japanese theatrical version on the Paramount Blu-ray is genuine HD. Only the Hong Kong theatrical version has optional subtitles; the Japanese one has burnt-in ones.
