Matthew, IMDB might list "German" as a second language, but it may be a few words in the background or intentionally unsubtitled words, which in that case does not need to be mentioned. If it is a significant amount spoken in which it is necessary to understand the narrative then yes, it should be written, but not for "Elephant". Fixed as just "English".
