Australian Via Vision is perhaps the winner, as it is English-friendly, and has an exclusive documentary and commentary, although I don't own any of them, so I cannot be sure it includes all the deleted scenes that are on the German Arthaus release. The total runtime for the deleted scenes is more on the German Arthaus, but that might be due to a possible slower frame rate, possible text titles for each scene, or both, or something else.
German Arthaus also has minor exclusive extras in the form of trailers for other movies.
