This film has two separate comparisons!

They're quite similar, but both have different errors. If they're combined and one's deleted, I'll check the other over...

They are two different versions of the film. What errors do you see?

Re: Anna Christie (1930)
Sorry, for some reason I assumed there would be just one comparison, as the English version only ever appears with the German as an extra.
I've a couple of queries though. I see you added the German disc recently; do you own it?
On the US DVD, the German version has burnt-in English subs. The listing indicates they're absent on the German disc; if so, does it have any subs at all?
The German sleeve claims it has the same sub/dub options as all the other PAL releases. As it's mistaken on the trailer, is it wrong on the subs/dubs too?

Re: Anna Christie (1930)
It seems that German sleeve is only listing the English language version's audio and subs.
Looking at OFDB, it only lists German options. No mention of burned in English subs or other languages.

We have some listings such as Spanish Dracula with a separate entry from the main English film.

Re: Anna Christie (1930)
It's most likely all PAL releases are identical, especially as they all seem to share the same subs and dubs, are all from Warner and all released more or less simultaneously. More likely whoever uploaded that info to OFDb simply didn't bother listing anything not pertaining to the German language.
I prefer the dual comparisons!

With the German DVD, I'm unsure if it is double sided or single sided unfortunately..
