    5-disc Digi-Pack with cardboard slip cover that includes an 8 page booklet. Also available in a Limited (25000) Edition Sphere set that includes a sphere ball in plastic that holds the 5-discs. The ball is packaged inside a cubic cardboard box that also includes an 8 page booklet.
    Case incorrectly states Phantasm II is presented in 2.35:1 widescreen and that the Fangoria TV Commercial is included on the Phantasm II disc (when it's really the Angus Scrimm 1989 Convention Appearance).
