The US 3-Disc Unrated Collector's Edition has the longer director's cut with the most extras including the 4 hour documentary.
For audio, the Scandinavian release has the unrated director's cut with a DTS track plus the commentary.
The German 3 disc edition has both cuts of the film and a bonus disc with many extras.
