Footage missing from the HD master has been reinserted from a print source and retransferred in high definition, and the quality of these inserts is better than Shameless edition.
Also, the frame line from the closing sequence (caused by the high speed camera which did not have sprockets since it ran at 3000 fps) wasn't digitally removed by Koch Media. -

OVERALL: Draw
Between the UK and German editions, since both releases have differing extras.
However note:
- the Shameless disc removes the frame line from the closing sequence and contains two ways in which to view the film: a 'Play with Extra Scenes' option enables the viewer to watch the movie with footage missing from the HD master (approx. 40s) inserted from an SD source. It has also English subtitles for the Italian soundtrack.
The French edition has exclusive extras, but they are probably not English friendly and French subtitles may be forced on the movie (which is the shorter version without the 0:30 restored on the UK/German discs).

CUTS:
- Blu-ray ALL Shameless Numbered Edition 03 United Kingdom- Shameless Screen Entertainment - No cuts - Features the uncut version (103:19) and the shorter version (102:23) which is missing :30 due to frame damage.
- Blu-ray B France- Wild Side Video - No censor cuts. Restores about 1:30 of footage to the climax, but about 0:30 of footage is also missing, mostly at scene transitions, seemingly due to print damage (102:25)
- Blu-ray B Limited Edition Germany- Koch Media - No cuts (103:16)
