The first reel of "The Class of '74" was missing and a release print was used for this portion while the rest of the transfer comes from the original negative. There are also some issues in the first fifteen minutes due to a lab error.

Producer/director Arthur Marks acquired Mack Bing's unrelated Gabriella, Gabriella and incorporated footage from it as flashbacks and cutaways to a new story in which the film's star Barbara Mills is one of the coeds but this is an entirely separate work not a recut.
