OVERALL: Draw
The Shout! Factory release (for the better anamorphic OAR transfer with a missing scene restored), and the Catcom release (for the additional minor bits missing from the Shout). Do note, that the quality of the Catcom disc is not very good.
The US Diamond Entertainment "Sci-Fi Collection" is uncut and has a 5.1 audio track.
