R1 "The Blind Dead Collection" offers the full movie in its original 1.85:1 aspect ratio, with an Anamorphic transfer, the original Spanish Mono soundtrack, English subtitles and significant extras on the bonus disc.
Note that at least one other German FSK 16 release by Astro/Best Entertainment, running 81:26 PAL, is available but of course best avoided.
